Dermal filler at KORA starts from $650 per syringe, and your total is quoted at consultation. Most first treatments use one to two syringes, and there is no minimum requirement.

Less than most people expect. We apply topical numbing for 15 to 20 minutes, and nearly all modern fillers contain lidocaine, so comfort improves as treatment progresses. Lips are the most sensitive area.

Swelling peaks on days 1 to 3 and largely resolves within a week, with your final result at two weeks. Lips swell most and can look fuller than expected on day two, which is completely normal.

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler is reversed with hyaluronidase, which breaks it down within days. We can dissolve filler from any past treatment and rebuild once the tissue has settled.

Filler adds volume and treats hollowing or lines present when your face is completely still. Botox relaxes muscle and treats lines that appear when you move. Many patients need a small amount of both, and identifying which is causing which line is most of the assessment.

Each has its own strengths. Filler gives immediate, targeted structure and lasts 9 to 18 months. Sculptra stimulates your own collagen gradually over 6 to 12 weeks, gives a softer whole-face change, and can last up to two years. Many patients use both.

Hyaluronic acid fillers have a long safety record, and the material is reversible. The most serious risk is vascular occlusion, when product enters a blood vessel. It is rare and time-critical, and it is managed with hyaluronidase. We use blunt cannulas in the highest-risk areas and keep hyaluronidase on site at every appointment.

We don't recommend filler during pregnancy, while trying to conceive or while breastfeeding, or with an active skin infection at the site, a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine, or certain autoimmune conditions. We review all of this with you at consultation.

Yes, and correction is a significant part of our work. Migrated lip filler, an overfilled midface and puffy tear troughs are common and correctable with hyaluronidase, and you'll be welcomed warmly whatever your history.
