- Treat in the right order. Reducing fullness or a strong muscle first can make structural filler more effective.

Kybella or filler for a double chin?
Kybella reduces fat under the chin. Filler adds projection to the chin itself. If your chin is set back, filler may improve the profile more than Kybella alone.
Does masseter Botox slim the face?
Relaxing the masseter can slim a wide or square jaw gradually over six to eight weeks. It is an off-label use that also helps with clenching.
How long does chin filler last?
Chin and jawline fillers are designed to be firm and long-lasting, often a year or more depending on the product.
Is there downtime?
Most patients go back to their day after filler. Kybella usually causes swelling under the chin for several days.
